Thank you for your patience while we've been upgrading the eLearning platform. We know changes like these can be disruptive, and we appreciate you bearing with us as we work to improve your learning experience.
What's changing next
We're now upgrading some of the video components across the site. Here's what to expect:
- Replacement video activities: Some videos are being replaced with new versions, which may affect your course completion percentage.
- Already completed these sections? No action needed. Your existing progress stands. The only reason to rewatch a replacement video is if you'd like to keep your percentage exactly where it was before the update — but this is entirely optional.
Looking ahead
In a future update, most videos will become mandatory to watch before you can progress to other parts of your course.
- If you've already completed these sections, this change won't affect you — you can carry on as normal.
- It will only apply to sections you haven't completed yet.
