In this course the fundamentals to thermodynamics concepts and fluid dynamics principles will be covered. It will include cylinder and piston designs (eg. Carnot, Otto and Diesel cycles) , static & dynamics pressure (eg. pressure on walls of variable shape), design of equipment (eg. pumps, compressors, exchanger, etc.). Therefore, to enable us to analysis such complex systems first & second law of thermodynamics, conservation of mass, ideal gas laws, Bernouli equation and its extension to energy equation and relative fluid power explained in detail. Also, well-explained section for piping components and its applications introduced.
